The deal encompasses the acquisition of an integrated operational platform comprising factories, distribution centers, and logistics assets across several Gulf states, in addition to export operations covering poultry, beef and processed food products to MENA markets.<\/p>\n

Both companies affirmed that the launch of Sadia Halal \u00a0reflects an ambition to build a global entity rooted in the Kingdom, reinforcing its position as a leading hub for the halal food industry \u2014 with plans for future expansion and listing on Saudi Arabia’s main market “Tadawul”, and raising HPDC’s stake to up to 40% ahead of the IPO.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
