Abdulrahman Abdulmohsen AlFadley sponsored today signing strategic cooperation and partnership agreement at the Ministry\u2019s headquarters. Present at the event was His Excellency Mr. Amr Al-Dabbagh, Chairman of the Board of Tanmiah Food Company. The agreement, between Tanmiah Food Company, a leading Saudi food company, and Brazilian company Vibra Agroindustrial S.A, specialists in poultry production and processing, aims to achieve self-sufficiency in poultry meat and products and enhance food security in the Kingdom, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 goals.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement includes plans to invest over $150 million, with Vibra investing in Tanmiah Food Company\u2019s further processing business to expand capacity using locally chicken. There is also a joint investment in the primary processing operations in Brazil to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen its position in the global poultry supply chain.<\/p>\n<p>The ministry explained that in the first phase, Vibra will invest in Tanmiah\u2019s further processing business to building an on-farm poultry processing facility for expanding poultry production and processing products using local chicken. In the second phase, both parties will explore the potential acquisition of assets in a Brazilian facility for poultry processing.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement aims to expand processing capabilities for both poultry and beef, improving supply chain efficiency.
