“NAF FEED Company” signs a Poultry Feed Supply Contract Worth 62 Million Riyals with ” Riyada Tarya Poultry Company”

On August 26, NAF Feed Industry Company signed a contract to supply broiler poultry feed to Riyada Tarya Poultry Company, with a value of 62 million riyals (excluding VAT).
The company explained in a statement on Tadawul Saudi today that the estimated total value represents about 38% of its total revenues for 2024. It noted that the contract value is subject to adjustment—upward or downward—depending on feed price changes under the agreement, with prices reviewed every 45 days.
Under the contract, NAF Feed Industry Company will supply broiler fattening feed, including starter, grower, and finisher feed types, to Riyada Tarya Poultry farms with an annual quantity of 36,000 tons. This amount may increase based on the types and needs determined by Riyada Tarya Poultry Company.
NAF Feed added that the contract duration is one calendar year, renewable with written consent from both parties. Execution will begin on September 1, 2025, and the financial impact is expected to appear during the third quarter of 2025.
