
Environment Ministry Launches Investment Opportunity for Horse Breeding and Production to Support the Livestock Sector in the Eastern Region

The Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture has announced the launch of an investment opportunity for horse breeding and production in the Eastern Region, aiming to support the Kingdom’s livestock sector and enhance cooperation with the private sector in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
The Ministry explained that the opportunity involves a horse breeding and production project located on plot numbers (1+2) in Dammam, with a total area of 128,000 square meters. The deadline for submitting applications for this opportunity is January 4, 2026.
The Ministry invited interested investors to obtain the tender documents and specifications through the “Foras” platform, and to take advantage of this opportunity to invest in the livestock sector, thereby contributing to the development and enhancement of animal and agricultural production in the Kingdom.
