A New Standard in Frozen Poultry Innovation with Tanmiah Food Company

Tanmiah Food Company is proud to introduce its pioneering new Frozen Breaded Chicken range, made entirely from 100% FRESH SAUDI CHICKEN, setting a new benchmark for innovation, value addition, and superior quality and taste within the frozen processed meats category.
This launch reinforces our commitment to locally sourced ingredients in a category long dominated by imported frozen chicken breast raw material, aligning with the Kingdom’s food security objectives by supporting local production, self-sufficiency, and building a more resilient food system.
The range was introduced at the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA) in Riyadh, attended by Dr. Ali Mohammed Al-Shaikhi, Assistant Deputy Minister for Livestock and Fisheries, along with other Ministry representatives. The products were showcased and sampled to introduce visitors to the range.
Developed through a robust, consumer-led process that deepens understanding of consumer habits and needs, the range reflects growing interest in products that offer clear transparency around the ingredients used. The range supports our portfolio diversification strategy by capitalizing on our vertically integrated model and focus on value-added innovation.
The range includes nuggets, strips, fillets, and burgers in multiple flavors. A key innovation is the PLUS line, featuring a veggie-infused coating delivering the equivalent of two-thirds of a cup of vegetables per pack, alongside a product inspired by bold, trending KOREAN cuisine.
The products are launching through a phased rollout across the Tanmiah app, retail stores, and aggregators.
