Naqi Water Signs SAR 3.7 Million Contract Addendum to Expand Poultry Housing Project

Naqi Water Company announced the signing of an addendum to its existing contract for the poultry housing project, covering construction works to add two new production poultry houses, with a total value of SAR 3.7 million (excluding VAT).

In a statement published on Tadawul, the company explained that the expansion will increase the project’s production capacity by 50%, supporting its growth plans and enhancing operational efficiency in line with its long-term strategy.

The company noted that the additional costs stem from the construction addendum, which includes the execution and preparation of the required infrastructure, structures, and buildings for the two new production houses, within the approved construction scope.

It also clarified that the costs disclosed in this announcement are limited to the construction works only, while other expansion-related commitments will be announced in due course in accordance with applicable regulations.

Naqi Water reaffirmed its commitment to continuously reviewing and updating its expansion strategy in line with approved growth targets, noting that the expansion responds to rising market demand.
