
Almunajem Foods and Baladi Poultry Sign a 7-Year Strategic Partnership
Almunajem Foods Company signed a strategic partnership agreement with Baladi Poultry Company, under which Almunajem will be responsible for marketing and distributing poultry products produced by Baladi.
In separate statements published on Tadawul Saudi Arabia, both companies confirmed that the agreement does not involve a specific contract value. According to the partnership terms, Baladi Poultry will handle the production and packaging of poultry products, while Almunajem Foods will manage their marketing and sales inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the brands owned by both companies, based on a profit-sharing model.
The agreement has a duration of seven years, and both parties expect it to have a positive financial impact on their results throughout the contract period.
The companies also disclosed related-party interests. Eng. Thamer Abdulaziz Abanmi, Managing Director of Almunajem Foods, holds an indirect interest in the agreement in his capacity as Vice Chairman of Baladi Poultry. Additionally, Abdullah Omar Bawazir, a Board Member of Almunajem Foods, holds an indirect interest as a Board Member of Baladi Poultry.
According to the statements, the partnership aims to drive sustainable joint growth, increase the market share of locally produced poultry products in Saudi Arabia, and enhance quality and operational efficiency. This collaboration represents a strategic integration between the producer (Baladi Poultry) and the marketer and distributor (Almunajem Foods), supporting shared objectives in the poultry sector.
